Return & Refund Policy
At Bright Aleco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at brightaleco@hotmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
